1 gram matters and can be the difference between 3-5 feet left or right over 300 feet. Take a gram off and it turns right more, add a gram and it fades stronger left. A weighting agent is added to the plastic to make it heavier. They purposely make the weights in various classes. 162-164...

I can give you all small pointers but I really should not give up my trade secrets. I do not use sign vinyl. I do not make multiple stencils. The dead disc was done in one stencil. The alice disc I did in two parts.
