I said I lived in a bad neighborhood. But when everyone is wearing grateful dead t-shirts and attacking you it's hard to tell the difference between a violent druggie and a non-violent one. I'm all for the hippie counter culture, but you can't act like you don't attract the worst scum of the...
Lol... Guys. I am American, born and raised. Sadly I grew up in the murder and meth capital of the world. I left America and now reside in european disc golf paradise. If you identify with violent druggies that swarm disc golf courses, you probably wouldn't be on DGCR defending your years of...
I played with frisbees since I was a small child and it didn't take me long to figure out I could aim at trees and fence posts and play golf by myself when I didn't have a large group to play catch. My cousin and I thought we invented frisbee golf. Ironically enough, in my early 20s I quit...
I just started switching all my Innova molds over to MVP/axiom. It's been fun finding replacements and learning new possibilities. I believe in Gyro. Clash has surprised me the most... It's basically a better teebird. I didn't think that was possible.

Surprisingly, my 158g blizzard wraith does a good job at not fighting out of a anny and rolling forever. Learned that one the hard way.

Par is irrelevant, but I personally like par to judge scoring separation and hole difficulty. The PDGA says par should be however many strokes a pro needs to putt twice. Well, sometimes you run into very easy par 5s and sometimes you run into impossible par 3s. You just have to play the par...
SpinTV and the DGWT is the reason why I got back into disc golf after a 10 year hiatus. My perception of disc golf went from a game where smelly hippies would fill up the local course with their marijuana fumes to an international class-act sport. I can't thank European disc golf enough.
I have thrown my Valkyrie and Thunderbird up to 400 feet... ONCE during field work. Lol it takes quite a bit more effort to crush those. My wraith and Tern can hit 400 much easier. 2018 goal is to hit 500. I'll be happy with a consistent 450 too. 🤣

My bad... It posted before I was done....
I throw my wraith or teebird off the tee for the majority of drives. Mostly out of comfort with those discs. Depending on the wind (tail wind, go with Tern) or if I need to hit a long sweeping left hook (defender) or if I need a long turn over to hit...
I bag a Firebird, Thunderbird, Valkyrie, and road runner. They go farther than fairway drivers and are more controllable than distance drivers. I bag teebirds and a Leo3 for fairways. I bag a defender, wraith, and Tern for long distance.

Pure. It's flat and shallow and flies pretty neutral with average speed and glide. I push putt and I get a super clean release with this disc. I also like latitude 64 plastic. I putt with zero medium and opto depending on the weather.
