I had the single nut sac. It is awesome quality, but lacks the pockets for beer and a jacket that OP wanted.

I have this bag and have done the mod to make it rigid. It's an awesome bag. No rips or tears. Been using it about 8 months and it's holding up well. No issues. I highly recommend it.

Try a 155-160 DX Valkyrie and release with a slight hyzer. It will flatten out get you the long S curve you are looking for. This was my go to driver for long S turns. Now I use a mamba or a tern.

I did the 2015 ace race and got one disc with a flat top and one with a domed top. Both suck imo. I'm throwing my wizard at the chains and these are just in my bag taking up space.
