Great course!
Well marked, interesting and different holes. Two choices of tee pads. Terrain changes from creek valleys and overhanging trees to open plains with lots of wind. Elevations changes too. Narrow gaps from tees mean you must throw accurately. Locals friendly.

Sweetness
Great layout, easy to understand.
Challenges include a couple of water holes and some longer holes.
Beauty location, pleasant journey to get there. Easy to go with non-DG players and have something for them to do.

Holes 19 thru 27 are excellent and have some nice challenges such as shooting over water and elevation changes.
Tee pads for 19 thru 27 are in good shape.
Holes 1 - 18 are wide open with no true fairway.
Wind is often a challenge for holes 1-18.
