so, day after Thanksgiving I developed tendonitis in my right elbow...my second time in about 3 years. Anyway, I shut things down but could not deal with not playing for weeks, months. I went out and started to learn how to throw LHBH. I still flick with my right arm as well as putt but tee...
Yo! I actually forgot to mention the compression sleeve. I now wear a compression elbow sleeve along with a tennis elbow brace/strap. It definitely helps when I throw righty as I have started to do about 30/40% of the time I play now when not throwing lefty.
I got crushed with a case of right elbow tendonitis day after this past Thanksgiving. I shut down the game and about one to two weeks later I was going crazy thinking about how long I would be out. Month? Two? Well, it's the start of March and I am still in pain. It is healing but s l o w l y...
I was a mostly righty backhand dominant player for many years. Over the last couple, however, I started using a flick/forehand shot for approaches to the chains. I have to say, it has really changed my game. I would say on average I throw forehand for approaches about 85% of the time. Whether...
Absolutely. DG is a passion for me. Love the creativity in shot selection, disc selection. Experiencing new courses. Battling familiar courses. Collecting plastic. New plastic to try. Old plastic to try again. The ever-rotating bag. The sound of the chains on a summer morning. Ripping that...
I have a camo DD Ranger and absolutely love it. I originally bought a Commander bag but due to the lack of storage and too much of a boxy feel in the design, I returned it. Overall, I liked how the Ranger felt on my shoulders and the storage space is insanely good. But that storage space can...
Slowing down considerably on the tee...distance achieved by amount of reach back, still moving slow throughout, until disc is across chest...then BOOM. My major breakthrough is consistently keeping a s l o w pace on the tee. results have been outstanding. #CHING
So I went through the exact same surgery back in December of 2014. Rotator cuff, bicep tendon, and labrum. Rehab was brutal but by July of 2015 I was able to hit he course again and throw. I am happy to say still to this day since surgery I have zero pain. I did put emphasis on my follow...
who cares if the post 9 years old. Throwing forehand hasn't changed that much has it? :D
I am a backhand dominant right handed player but I have been learning the forehand over the last year or so and am loving it. I rarely use a forehand off the tee due to lack of serious power and distance...

I was in Maysville to see family in the area and researched this course via DGCourseReview.com. Luckily for me my hotel was literally an 18 minute walk from this fun, challenging 9 hole course. I only had time to play one round but my impression was very favorable. First...
I use a Champ Banshee for tricky trouble approach shots. Great disc to also throw a quick turn and skip shot. I also a Flick for long barrel rolls. I will pull out the River for less stable approach shots.
My DD camo Ranger. Love. This. Bag! I roll with about 16 discs in the main and two putters on the side. I also have an orange JBL Charge 2 speaker that hang from the top...never gets in the way.
