Potential, lots of it.
Friendly owner and regular players, always a plus. Course layout does not require you to be a particularly long driver. Tees are good. Some of the holes are scenic and give you and excellent vantage to watch your shots. Worth the trip.

Quirky layout and terrain are perfect for kids to run about. Does have pads and baskets as advertised. Had signage, but due to tree density basket locations not apparent to first time players.

Quiet Day
Initial field holes (1-4), while wide open, were not slam dunks due to winds. From 5 on were in woods. Tree obstacles were fair, and the distances on the short side...so birdy opportunities aplenty.
Pads as mentioned are smallish. No signage at tees.
