Forest of Mosquitos in the summer
Not too crowded usually.
No water hazards.
Trees Everywhere, this course is in a forest, some of the "fairways" are 7-8 foot lanes with trees everywhere.
Only one long hole.
Mosquitos ruin this place in the summer, They were eating us through our deet bugspray...

Prepare to get dirty
Good half and half course, half field, half trees/challenge. Cement tees. The water holes are fun, not too risky.

Trees, trees, trees I don't mind the trees but I do mind that they haven't once bothered maintain the trees, many of the holes have become overgrown making for very frustrating play the trees need some branch...

Be very wary
This is not a course for beginners, There are more than 4 holes with waterhazards, there's 2 of holes on penisulas with a deep, dark creek right near the pin, Pins are nice tournament legal. Very nice technical course, only one 400+ hole, there is a course map somewhere on the net...
