Can't really tell you about the ascent, but I can tell you the Icon Rival from Legacy is the best teebird-like disc w/o actually being a teebird

Not sure who you're disagreeing with, but it certainly isn't me. I never made a comparison to a buzzz at all. Just described my experience with the multiple truths that I throw. Straight with fade when new (heavier weights) that beat in to have some turn after a couple of weeks.

SSS Wizards or Voodoos are great for upshots/short drives and don't skip because of the flex

...that would pass as a yellow shirt. It's a yellow shirt with a design printed on the front. I'm sure the back is solid yellow. And yes, shirt color would be the same as disc color. Logo color would be the same as stamp color. That was a terrible comparison :|

Legacy Rival

I've got a classic hard and a classic soft judge that I've only used for one round that I would trade.

I'm from Tyler, too, and I've been to Selah multiple times (usually after every semester of school) and it's well worth the money. I haven't ever left there feeling like I didn't get more than my moneys worth.

What did they improve on compared to the first runs?

Westside Sword is a nice stable flyer with a nice subtle finish. Not as good with the wind as a PD, but much less fade
