Well I think they should at least be consistent with regards to one another. If you say one disc is more stable than another, but the opposite is true, you are damaging your credibility with your customers.
I just got an email from Dynamic Discs titled 'New Flight Ratings - Big 2018 Revision'. They apparently have updated their flight ratings on a lot of their discs.
I haven't had much time to look, but it looks like discs went from "marketing numbers" to "real world numbers" in a lot of cases...

I think the simplified rules for holing out are pretty awesome. I think it takes some of the randomness out of holing out. Per the FAQ, a disc resting on on the rim of the basket across two nubs will count next year, whereas currently it would not count:

I've been putting the lights out with the Warden from Dynamic Discs recently. Not much fade if any, and no bead. It might be a little deep for your tastes, but I have problems with most other discs getting stuck on my finger, and that doesn't happen with the Warden.
Trademarks have to be maintained though. So the fact that the Talon hasn't been produced since 2007 probably gives Yikun a legitimate shot at taking over the Trademark. I think in most jurisdictions the TM is protected for 5 years of non-use.
Are KC Pro no longer flat? I had a 12x that I felt was pretty flat, but having never fondled anything before 11x I don't really have a frame of reference.
Am I nuts for thinking that there is more than enough space in Oklahoma for this? I remember driving through OKC and thinking it was a city in a barren wasteland. Not that Chicago is much better, we just are all crammed up against the lake.
