I’m curious why you’re grouping eMac truths in with Comets. I feel like the lucid eMac Truth i throw is pretty similar to my champ roc3 in stability. Especially in moonshine or lucid-x plastic. The classic, I have heard starts as stable as a lucid x/verdict, and for the once or twice I’ve thrown...
Does anyone cycle truth's? I just got a classic one, and was curious to see if anyone throws classic Emac truths? The board flat top is interesting feeling. I know a lot of people use biofusion to beat in.
Does anyone throw Classic truths? I got one recently and was hoping to beat it in into my understable mid. I also like really flatter discs and feel as though the board flatness will feel great to me.
Appreciate the help! I ended up finding a few cheaper ones that looked really similar for 10-15 each so I got them to see if they can fill in for that lost disc.
One is a “twelve time” and another was that weird non-KC signed one. Do you know if those were around the same time period as the...
So I ended up buying this one, while it doesn't exactly look the same, it's very similar, and seems like could be a similar/the same run. Was thinking of also looking at a "twelve time" one to compare it, but this seems extremely similar. I was also looking at the one below and a "twelve" time...
Alright will do. How the hell do you identify which ones runs/era you're buying from (if it's online at least), unfortunately don't have a brick and mortar store near me....
Also would the one that I have be close to the one that says "twelve time" on it rather than 12x?
Awesome, thanks for the Info. That sounds about right though. It was flat but not like crazy board flat. Somehow I doubt that I'll actually be able to get one of these for a reasonable price, but who knows. Really miss that disc already even though I only lost it a few months ago.
Honestly, I'm not as curious about the disc replacement, as I was about getting something in that plastic. That was my favorite feeling disc by far. The flight of the disc wasn't anything I can't replace. It was Overstable, but workably so to the point where I could put it out on big hyzer...
I was curious, I bought a used firebird that was champion plastic, but it was SUPER opaque and gummy (but was still medium stiffness), the disc was fully opaque maroon. It had a F2 stamp on it. I recently lost it and would love to replace it, but I have no idea what run or what kind of plastic...
Curious what the value is on the PFN “twelve time” firebird is?
Not the same but I lost a champion firebird that was super gummy/grippy and opaque (looked like taffy plastic) that I absolutely loved (which was actually a F2 stamp that was wiped. I have a new 12 time and it’s too hard and just...
Anybody have an update on this? I was curious to see the comparison between them if there's a better feeling version, since the 2018 seems like exactly the kind of plastic I'd like. Wanted to try them out for a firebird repalcement, since I lost one that was almost that taffy like plastic that...
I just may have to pick up a Link then. I got 2 Fossil wizards that I put with now and I love the combo of stiffness and grippyness (I love super stiff putters, but still need the grip). If your saying that the link can match that then I’m all the way in.
I've never loved or hated a discraft disc, but for some reason, the plastic they have, I just can't get used to. Nothing feels good in my hand like the Trilogy/Legacy or even Innova/Discmania plastic does. Just a personal opinion though.
Trilogy is kind of a cop out answer to this question...
