New nine in Bel Air
The biggest pro is that it's a new course, that's always a good thing. It's crazy but you feel like you're throwing downhill more than you're throwing up hill. Nice directional arrows on the top of the baskets.
No rhyme or reason to the direction that the tee box posts point...

Finally found the back 11
Pros include - good variety of shots needed, excellent Veteran baskets, water in play on many holes which forces you to concentrate on your shot placement.
Cons include - it's a backtracking, navigational nightmare without a map, no distances or maps of any kind...

Another reason to want to come back to the OBX
- Nearly impossible to lose a disc- Very easy to navigate- Signage is outstanding- All yellow tee pads are excellent (a few reds are turf but I'm assuming they won't be for long)- The walk from 9 to 10 goes by the parking lot / porta potty
Only one...

Where is everybody?
Fantastic signage - if you get lost here it's your own fault. Several porta potties. Very clean, well maintained park.
If I HAVE to put something, it's the walk between #1 and #2. My first time here, I thought that was a really bad sign, but none other are like that. You...

Front 9 review
Very well maintained
Probably too easy for veterans, the tees are raised rubber, and mostly not flat and too short. After nearly twisting my ankle after stepping in a hole on the pad, I gave up and teed off from the grass.
I only played the front 9, didn't have time nor did I...

A few navigational signs or arrows are missing (I'm taking cable ties with me next time to affix some fallen arrows)A few tee pads still under...

Watch for flying discs
The biggest pro would be - it's a disc golf course where there are no other options."Ace Run" is the most appropriate name for a disc golf course ever.
Biggest con would be the almost constant apologies you have to lay down for being in someone's way.
I'm in town on a...

Looks nice, if you can actually play
From what I saw, it looked like a great setting and well maintained.
No signs at the tee box, just a post with yardage and an arrow. The real problem is all the people having a picnic on the fairways and greens. I played #1, couldn't play 2 - 5, played 6...

Quick 9
This is a brand new course and it's better than I expected. Sure, it doesn't have fancy tee boxes or signage (yet), but it's a place to play where there are no other courses. Everytime I go back, there are more improvements made. Three open holes, six safari holes. Shot shaping...

Look both ways before you throw!
This is just the type of course I was looking for. I'm very new to DG, been playing for about 3 months, and I'm so tired of searching for my disc in the poison ivy. No problem with that here, this course is wide open. There are a couple holes near some woods, but...

This course makes me dizzy
It's the closest course to me that's not in the hood, so I reluctantly go here now and again. Surprisingly, it's quite popular, which is good because you'll constantly be asking other people where the next tee and/or basket is located.
Absolutely the most confusing...

Definitely going back!
Great nature walk while flinging discs. Fairways are clear and wide, roughs are not so rough so you won't lose a disc on this course. Great signage on both tee boxes and arrows pointing the way to the next tee (but nothing pointing you in the right direction from the...
