The putter pouch fits 3 putters perfectly. It's not tight or restrictive. There are side inserts for pencils and the front is used for a mini.

I have both the Simian and the Octothorpe. I understand that everyone carries different numbers of disc types (driver, fairway, mids, putters), so this is my personal take.

Simian will comfortably carry 12 in the main compartment and 3 on the bottom, and 2 putters in the putter...
