I throw thumbers almost exclusively, best results with a lighter Wraith (<170). I'm starting to wonder if I'm going to have to learn to throw BH, though ... never been very consistent at all BH, but my arm is feeling like it's going to fall off. Is it realistic to try to build up arm strength...
