Alright, the snow is finally gone.
Working on the cobra posture to get the chest even more over knee (which hopefully could cure the slight elbow dip too) and try to push the rear shoulder up and back more in the back swing. Anything else?

I understand what you mean and that is also how you explain it in text in Fundamentals. However, his disc and arm would be to the left of the yellow vertical line in the picture referring to that topic which confused me a bit.
Anyway, any comments about the stride angle?
Not always right? Think there is a pic of him in Fundamentals where he throws inside posture but that might from a few years back. Does wide rail automatically come with a stride more off target line?
I borrow this thread to ask a question regarding the Goat’s form. Here is a video of him throwing a slight hyzer. What I see is that he strides way more than 20 degrees off the target line and to avoid rounding, he sort of pushes the disc out in his backswing. Is this really how he normally...

Didn’t know I was filmed. No focus on form and after 30-ish holes so I guess the flaws should be more more obvious than from picking the best drive from a form practice. Going for a baby flex.
What is the most urgent and effective thing to adress and focus on?

Do you think it would be helpful for me to not externally rotate my shoulder in the top of the back swing? To keep my elbow towards east instead of down to the ground?

How does it look? Would like to get the chest/shoulders more over knees but then the hyzer angle increases. Do you suggest me using a higher arm slot?

Pushed the shoulder blade further back, and had a bit more aggressive posture but returned to too much stagger and drifting right instead, agree?
