    I personally think a champion firebird is the best flick disc for a new FH thrower. And also will transition with you as you gain experience !

    Timing foot plant

    I have noticed the pros whip of their arm is synchronized with the pivot on their heel. Foot and arm seem to whip and pivot at the same time.

    I throw a star Tbird super straight! Then I got a beat in star teebird kinda flippy. Champ Valk is a great in between disc. Also I throw a champion leopard big S or hyzer flip. I love my fairway drivers!!

    Putting from up close.

    It helps me to make sure I bend my knees and get in a solid putting stance. This will minimize putting too high. Get low and slam them chains.
