Check out Post #24 . My Viking has the VL and 171g. I think it is really a Valkerie.
I record all rounds since I have joined this site. Also record on another site and in my own spreadsheet. It has helped me see trends in my game and where to improve. I just wish I had some of my scores from years ago.
Only 3 or 4 people regularly use this site's scorebook in my area. I may...
There are cross country runners at Keriakes Park in Bowling Green, KY. There is a track painted across many of the fairways. Someone will get hit - lots of cedar trees make it hard to see them.
I throw it backhand on the practice field. I can throw it as far as anything else I have - I just don't know which direction it will go. It does crazy stuff in the wind. Not very consistent disc or I am not throwing it consistently.
1. Exercise.
2. Fun.
3. Competition with others and trying to improve my own personal best scores.
4. Nature. Seen an albino squirrel today.
5. Having a perfect round every now and then.
6. Not very expensive.
I have a yellow Champion Viking with a VL abbreviation (should be VG according to Innova's site). It looks very similar to my blue Champion Valkyrie also with a VL abbreviation. Is the Viking stamped wrong? Shouldn't there be a big visible difference in the profile of the Viking and the Valkyrie?
Playing off and on about 17 years. No aces on any course. One "practice ace" on my home basket on with an old beatup Eagle (one of my oldest discs) @ 280ft.
