Just went out with my 161 Blizzard today & had the same results quoted above. Was going to recommend max weight Blizz molds to those with this issue from the CFR mold & then saw this post. Put this disc out around 375' ( a good 50' from my other drivers ) consistently on flat releases & NARROW...

My vote = ESP Zone. Perfect for anything inside 100 ft and the rim feels great for a flick.

Just went out & threw my new 168g GL River for the first time today. This is my first Lat disc & ,while I was impressed by the mold, I really didn't care for the GL plastic. My impression was that the GL plastic resembled Discraft's Ti plastic & this assumption was WAY off. My River felt floppy...

Personally, the "flyweight" blizzards are too light for me & feel awkward in my driving motion. However, I'd love me a blizzard krait at 165 to help with my OAT off the pad. Anyone know where I can find one around the mid 60's online? Found one on EBay at 161 but would like a little more mass.

Now that you mention height: I do notice that the Teebird 7/10 is climbing up off my drives to about 15-20' off the ground. I sometimes notice this with my TL but I'd say about 4/10 drives. However, the TL seems to be less affected by height than my Teebird in terms of flight path.
