Get that other arm down! From what I've seen from players around here is that it stops you from a good proper follow through. YOu might want to bend your plant knee a little more too.

I hope you are right Bradley. I have a few Rocs (from a run maybe 2 years ago? )that are throwable but are inferior to the ones with a slight dome.

I've ordered mini combos from Little Flyer before. Charlie and the people there are a class act. Highly recommended.
