It's been in a number of threads on here. The new Star Destroyers are crazy overstable. I worried at first that it was me but it's been on the board so much now that it seems it is actually the disc this time and not me. Shocking. I gave the new one I bought away. It was useless to me.
All things listed already are more important to fix your issue but I will add one thing that helped me a little. I changed my "site line" to the target. I found myself picking a line and envisioning a line to the basket but I was always looking up quite high, seeing a high flying disc gliding...

Yes sir
I disagree. DX beats in so fast that you will find yourself buying another one and then another because they have become too flippy while...
OK. Please note I am saying Star Tern and not Champ Tern. I put my Star Tern at -4 whereas I would put Underworld 167 VIP at -3 to -3.5 so not a big dif. Just a touch. My 2 cents.
Another option would be to pick up a fresh beast. They tweaked the Beast mold so for a few years the Beasts being produced were significantly less stable. Then they created a replacement Beast mold when that one wore out and accidentally used the older mold specs, so the Beasts being run right...
I'm with all of Ronnie's post on this one. I think par really matters. I think if you just default to all par 3 then you are devaluing the sport in general.
There is a fairly large variance between Champ and Star Terns as far as stability so try the Star and break it in. A good bit less stable than the Champ. It may "tern" out to be just what you are looking for. Get one in the 160's.
So I would echo all that Koda says on this subject and most of what others have said. Katana will go further, especially the Pro, but will be a little more touchy than Tern. I do currently throw both and they overlap some but so be it. Essentially, if I have room to work and it's a long hole...
I am interested in finding out how you all approach up hill holes. By that I mean holes that have inclines for the first 100-150 feet then crest and flatten out or drop off. Lets say the total distance is 350 feet. I have seen folks succeed with flex anny's and Tomahawks so I am thinking I...
Nuke SS is too touchy for me even on a deep hyzer release. It sits in the trunk until I am on a course in high altitude and need something even more understable for certain shots.
