it is really similar to tennis forehand/backhands. The volley you catch it on the strings out in front of the body, full release.. then there is the half volley. little things like following through listening to your watch really helped for example.

the diablo is made at gateway, they didnt make the srp, that was quest. I have been mistaken before. dont think they made a diablo in s, but the I had the first run productions and would take some more if I had money.

i use a full reach back technique like stokely. It is a porn star thing! I went and threw today and freakng pulled a muscled trying to throw a forehand too hard or something. man it sux... I was able to use the technique to really throw some longer backhand throws even with the injury.
