No players meeting or caddy book? If that' accurate, it's a pretty serious indicator that some of the criticism is accurate! We get caddy books at a B tier!
I guess you can take my comments with an MP50 sized grain of salt, but I didn't read most of the negative comments as having much to do with coverage or Youtube views. Maybe I missed something. I attended Pro Masters Worlds this year and it was overall a great event, but it did not have the feel...

That was the word floating around at Smuggs. Makes sense in a lot of ways. Bigger event, more excitement and probably more clubs willing to bid for an event they can raise some significant funds by running.
Fair enough but I had to poop. I’ve been a TD many times, it’s ok to expect tee signs at Worlds. Definitely had a great time. Vermont in June is a little slice of heaven and those courses should be on any golfers bucket list. World class!
Thanks, MTL! Was there something particularly egregious about my complaints that you want to address? The PDGA reps onsite agreed with them and thanked me for voicing my concerns. Do you feel that at a Worlds, there should be at least temporary tee signs on the holes being used? That there...
Sweet! PDGA gave me the option to buy a commemorative disc at registration for $25. Go to pick it up and I get to pick from the same discs on sale for $19.
Report from Vermont: as of yesterday still only one port-a-Potty for players at the course, most blue and white tees have no signage, and many ‘next hole’ signs on the course are missing. It’s been an impressive welcome!
The courses are in great shape and amazing.
New info posted at https://www.pdga.com/2019mastersworlds in the last few days, including welcome letter, more info about doubles, field events, etc.
Still not exactly a lot of excitement being generated from any quarter about this event, but I'm looking forward to it!
Absolutely. I knew I was getting an invite, and I couldn't believe they were only letting us register eight weeks in advance. I bought a plane ticket, made lodging reservations and car rental five months ago! Makes no sense that I can see. Definitely part of the reason that registration is down...
Unless they are on the card we are watching, I would like player commentators to limit themselves to one reference to their own play per 9 hole video. I am not at all interested in hearing Jerm or anyone talk about what he did on every hole, unless we are watching it.
