- Well marked course (except for 12, which is straight across the parking lot with a sign that is lower than the parking lot).
- Great for those who enjoy mockery from trees (I do).

Short, Plenty of Trees, Fun
Quick to play. Plenty of challenging trees.
Tees are mostly bare ground. I had to walk around a bit and search for the first tee (thin wooden post on asphalt path just past the structure at the Do Not Enter sign) and a few of the subsequent tees. No bathrooms but...
