I don't see how this is growing the sport, but I also don't think it's hurting it. I can't tell what's worse though, that video or the word frolf. God I hate frolf, frolfing.... any word along those lines.

They need to make the disc golf equivalent of Happy Gilmore. An Ex ultimate player turned disc golf pro.......

I max out at speed 10 or so as well. I throw Monarch's and Nuke's for distance. The Nuke I throw tomahawk or thumber. I can put it out just as far as my Monarch throwing forearm.

So I'm not the only one who's seen LARPers! I see them all the time when out disc golfing. Never hit one though, or spoken to one for that matter. They're always way off the fairway. I have seen some other odd stuff though. I've seen a guy furiously screaming at his disc and just standing on...

I have a Titanium Nuke with someone's ink on it. I just left it on and figured that if I lost it the "cycle" would repeat.

Thanks for giving me a good laugh in all this! To everyone else, I probably should've chased them down, but it just didn't seem worth it. They're stupid and it probably wouldn't look great for me to beat up a minor.

Scored a hat trick in my soccer game and that set the tone for my round of disc golf. -6 at Woodland Valley on the Black Bear and -4 on the Grizzly. Today was a good day.

Probably gonna hit up Woodland Valley after soccer tomorrow. Went to Gowen Park after class today and messed around with my new Vibram discs. It was good fun and I shot 1 under with them.

Welcome! If you listed your throwing style it would be easier to recommend discs. My tip: WORK ON YOUR PUTTING!! It's the easiest way to lower strokes.

#6 was the one! 4 and 5 both have real baskets now. The Tee Pads are hard to find on those two though. The baskets are there at least. But yes, there's a ton of sign vandalism. It's so sad.
