Apparently star is a lot more popular with his European fans. Plus current champ isn't exactly an analogue to the eagles he throws (feel-wise), even color glow.

I have a couple of the swirly 1.10s and they're less stable than any of my 1.9s. On a flat pull they'll turn and hold for a bit but always fight out, at least for my arm. Somewhat reminiscent of some of those domey 1.7s that ended up less stable than the flatter ones of that run, but the 1.10s...

The 1.5s I've bagged have been really straight. Less fade than a fresh MOLF, but a hair more stubborn on the HSS. Honestly pushing more towards teebird/pd territory than eagle.

What's the most overstable OLF run? I picked up a 1.5 QOLF and it's super nice, but isn't bringing the stability I was hoping for. I'm jumping in on the newest MOLF hype train too. They're awesome workhorses right off the shelf, so I'm mostly looking for an OS bookend to compliment them.

You must be playing in some serious woods to beat them in that fast. The pure is pretty much exactly what you've described though, so if it clicks with you that could be your winner. If you're really looking to mix things up it's hard to get straighter/glidier than a polecat. It's not shallow...

Novas are more stubborn in my experience. Comets can shape lines better, whereas you can hammer on a nova as hard as you like and it won't budge off the line you put it on. Comets are definitely glidier too.

According to Matt Siri they just recently ran Omegas in KC Pro. Should be a great option for folks that don't love the hybrid style DT.

My JCs are smoother than standard Jks if that makes sense. Still grippy, but a touch silkier. Stability wise they're pretty straight as far as JKs go. I have plenty of stock ones that started out with a good couple ticks more stability.
