    Many years of bad habits

Ok so a little disappointed, but I guess I was foolish to believe there could have been some kind of huge breakthrough in a matter of a couple drills hahahaha anyways I will continue to push forward until I break these dumb habits. I went out to shoot some vids only to realize my...

    Many years of bad habits

Ok so a quick update, although I didn't take any video cause I just ran over to a local course to throw from a pad. So I have spent the last few days doing the drills from the videos, and it was immediately like a light bulb ah ha moment, as if I realized what has been my problem for so many...

    Many years of bad habits

I tried to fix that issue awhile ago, couple years back with proper grip techniques and got frustrated because it seemed as if I was throwing @ the ground therfore I just went back to my old habits, but I think your right I need to revisit this concern. I don't want to get to overwhelmed by...

Ok I see what your saying as far as thinking more lean = more power because I am sure that is exactly where the forward lean is coming from, me feeling as if it exerts more power into my drive.

I don't feel as if I am leaning away, but I do see the leaning towards in my follow through for sure, so you are suggesting I remain upright all the way through?

    Many years of bad habits

I have played recreational for nearly 20 years and when observing my form you would think I am a newbie. I have decided to play competitively this year and want to lose some bad habits in my form one thing at a time. I currently throw 300' consistently and pretty accurately but I know that with...

Not a Short Putt, but Not a Long Putt...

I agree, I tend to simply adjust my back foot and hips to allow for a further reach back, but for me I think this happens closer to the 35 ft. range.

Driving the elbow vs keeping the shoulder closed

I just got in from the field I am really starting to feel it all come together, the timing of everything working together hip shoulders arm the 10 o'clock release all get more fluent the more I practice. I'm not sure how accurate the udisc distance measure is but I was the throwing my new...
