    Stretching?

Always..my home course is a ten minute walk so I start off with that, then stretch for a good 10 or 15 minutes (basically the same stretches the OP listed), then throw some practice puts for 10 minutes or so. I find the more I stretch before a round the better my muscles feel the next day.

    Glow plastic

We play the majority of our rounds at night, especially during the summer. All good points brought up here, I would recommend the 51 bulb led black light as well, I have had mine for almost two years now, and its still working good, I have only had 2 or 3 of the bulbs burn out / flicker. One...

DIY any ideas on how to make a quality tee sign?

if the course you are planning on building the tee signs on is fairly wooded then i wouldn't use anything else but what I found in the forest. Use 6" diameter trunks / branches for the post, cut the top off on an angle. If there are any fallen trees (preferably hardwood) slice the trunk (at...

    Throwing discs in deep snow??

keep your eyes on your disc after you throw limit the amount of players in your group to 3 or 4 if possible, you can get to your disc quicker find your own disc before you look for your buddies, losing one disc sucks but not as bad as losing 4 try and keep the ground as undisturbed as possible...

    Finally broke 400'

No kidding...I have trouble breaking 300' with accuracy most of the time. Mind you I have been only been playing for two years. Driving must come pretty natural to a lot of people (def. not me). I couldn't imagine what it would feel like bombing a 400' drive while playing less than a year.

    Dissing Disc Golf on TV

i think i heard Michael Wilbon say something about disc golf on PTI last night.Just assuming it was negative as it wasn't football or basketball he was talking about. But as it was said before, any exposure is good exposure I guess.

    PDGA presents disc golf

I played the PS3 game a few weeks ago. it's pretty fun...obviously nothing like the real thing but it gets addictive playing with a bunch of buddies...the only downfall is now they would rather play that then the real thing in 12" of snow..

How many times a week do you play?

typically saturday and sunday during the winter months. Once the days get a bit longer I can normally slip out for an after diner round once or twice a week during the summer.

    Winter Golf

I've got a nice pair of snowmobile - type mitts that I use when I play. I wear them both right until I am about to throw, then I just hold the right mitt in my left hand while I shoot. I find my hands get too sweaty when I use any sort of hand warmers, which in turn messes with my release.
