    Thanks! Thanks sidewinder, great simple way to explain it and two great vids as well. Hadn't seen the golf one yet. I do *get* this concept, however I'm having difficulty training myself out of my current technique. If you or anyone has thoughts on how to break my bad habit I'm all ears.
