i tried a king cobra and liked the flight a lot. i liked the little extra speed and the stability, probably a perfect combo for an all around mid. i just found myself wanting something a little deeper. at the end of the day it was just too shallow for my taste.

i was using the champ krait for long turning shots with very little to no return. i also used it for distance rollers. it is still in the bag, but i'm toying with the tern at the moment so the krait could get bumped out.

been throwing the champ krait for quite some time. i'm on my second champion krait after my 1st one went for a swim. this second krait was from a different run, but flies the same as my original. anything else you'd like to know?

i'm curious about this as well. not because i throw the king cobra, but because this sounds like a nice pairing. using the king cobra FH is a matter of grip style and preference. i was able to FH them, but FH is not not specialty.

i have read the thread a few times, but it didn't hit home until i felt it myself. i'm sure everyone could use more leverage, but i don't think that is my problem at the moment. it feels like i've lost some of the acceleration i used to have, and if i were to regain the acceleration i could make...

with 169g destroyers and 175 wraiths on higher flex lines i'm able to squeak a few out to 500 every now and again. before this i was probably stuck around 450-470. the best part about this new power surge is the fact that i can now take fairway drivers on low lines to hit my previous high line...

finally made the leap to the next level. i'm not sure yet how to report the difference and how others can adopt it, but i'm sure i'll have something in the next couple of weeks. a light went off and i can now apply this to every type of throw (e.g. putting, sidearm, off hand backhand, etc.)...

dave if your essentially looking for an overstable destroyer, you should get an s-pd2. i would say the glide is slightly less than the destroyer, but that is mainly due to the extra stability and fade. you could always cheat a little and get a 170g, beat it up a little and i bet you wouldn't be...

if these are like the testers i threw then prepare to buy them in bulk. i'd say they have the HSS of a slightly worn KC Roc with a very small fade. the fade was noticeably less than any other kind of Rancho Roc (sans R+). they were faster than other rocs with less glide. the extra speed helped...

another clue that might help you. rollers and anhyzers seem to up the snap efficiency, but flat or hyzers seem to lack the same torque.

BlakeT any explanations or tips for someone who is snapping putters & rocs efficiently, but not drivers? putters are hit with near full efficiency and rocs probably in the 70-80% range. it is almost the opposite of newb snap where they can torque drivers, but not throw putters. this throw is...

the boards don't seem as fun as they used to be, but i'll chime in on this one. these discs are no more CE than any other form of champion from the past X number of years. they get material that is CE is specs, but isn't the CE we are used to from "back in the day".
