My brother-in-law had me try out his Champ Spider for forehand tunnel shots, and I immediately went out and got my own. It's easily my most reliable disc for that purpose (though nobody else has mentioned it in this thread, so perhaps it may just be well-suited to me)

I had been working on using my Volt for varying distances from the tee, with pretty good success, up until I lost it a few days ago. Another one is on its way, though.

I agree completely, except that I keep an extra mid just in case one gets lost (I've been stuck without before)

I always just understood that counting every hole as a par 3 was just a simple method of keeping track of your score without the need for a score card. You just track your +/- per hole based on a part 3. In the end, it's total throws that counts anyway, regardless of which method you use.
