I was surprised to see Endicott to be as crowded as it was today. It's not the hardest in the area, but its definitely a challenge. Summertime in effect.
But yeah, there was a group ahead of ours that was taking forever on every hole. They were a group of five and we were a four. We would...
Drive your disc into a concrete wall repeatedly, like in a basement. If its a smooth wall, you won't see any damage on the disc. I'm not really sure if it works, but its fun as hell. I tried to do it to a Spirit and its still an overstable brick.
Yeah I throw a 175g Star Valkyrie and I love the thing. It is definitely a consistent and dependable disc. Mine has beat in a bit, so I can control for shots going left, straight, turnover drives and I can put an anny on it pretty confidently.
I have a few Wizards, but really only throw two; one for putting/anny and one for longer approach shots. Both weigh 174g. Since I haven't been playing too long, I'd assume they're both the most recent molds.
My main is a SS with a Dynamic Discs stamp. It feels great and its starting to wear in...
Good to know. I was under the impression that Westside/Lat64 had the exact same relationship as Discmania/Innova.
I wish I had an arm for the King. For now, I might have to settle with the Northman if I want to try this company out.
Redhead Snake Socks
Perfect for wintertime play, especially with snow. I got a couple pairs for Christmas and they're a godsend. Haven't really played with them in warmer temperatures, but I can see myself wanting something a little more "breathable" because of heat and humidity.
lol. I...
Make 18 of them and make a course. I wish I could contribute something like that to disc golf.
I agree that a second ring of chains looks like it would help, even if it does catch fine now.
Just by comparing mine by eye, the top halves look very similar. On the bottom rim, it looks like my PD's sidewalls are a little taller than my Orc's.
Both in Star (S) plastic.
JOKERi?
I don't know. I think I'd be open to try one, but there are so many good putters out there already. I would love to try one of their drivers when they get around to releasing them though. Specifically, the LEGENDa
I like that idea, but that might jack the price up quite a bit.
I'd buy one, as long as the pencil holder actually works and if the clipboard doesn't feel/look too flimsy.
Insane. Tried to play Quail Ridge yesterday and with a foot of snow on the ground, a guy in our group lost a disc on his second throw. We gave up shortly after. Good luck
