My Review
Fun course to play, good for practicing your all around game. Open, few trees but 2 really challenging holes.
Most of the trees are taken out thanks to the 17 year locusts. Almost too easy for good players.
If you are starting to throw farther and like to air it out, don't come here...

My Review
Easy course, good for beginners.
Not well kept. Baskets are very rusty and some are on an angle.
Even though it is not a great overall course, it is good to practice your approach shots since all but one hole is under 200 ft. Longest: 310 ft
yea i play it a lot. u can be punished on 6, 11, 15, and 16 if ur drive is not good. 6 is not a problem for me since i throw forehand as my primary drive. its actually my favorite course to play. my best in -9. course record is 12 or 13 down (singles) and -16 for doubles. (all 19). for illinois...
i've thrown the destroyer and i thought it was a solid disc. one problem is that it doesnt have as much glide as the wraith so it actually doesnt go as far as the wraith. and about the inferno, in my opinion i dont like it because i cant throw that disc. the spectra (hence my name) is said to...
the best disc i have used for the overhand is the predator or the reaper. i have also heard that the venom is good too. they are all very overstable and made by discraft. i have not found any innova disc that is better than any of these or any other disc makers for that matter.
no i havent played there yet. me and my friends mostly just play in lombard but we ocassionally play in oak brook, elk grove, downers, and aurora. we might play there over the summer since we may go on a dg road trip thing
if your talking about an anhyzer shot, you simply tip the far end of the disc up and bring your arm across your body fairly level if you want to control it. it takes time control it. i learned in a few weeks but that's because i was playing 2 rounds a day during june/july. so expect maybe a...
if anyone here loves to air it out like me, you might get frustrated when you play the shorter accurate courses. so if you like to air it out, come to illinois and play one of more than 100 courses. madison meadows in lombard, il (about 15 miles west of chicago sity limits) is a course you will...

nice course overall
challenging. fun, good mix of long and short holes
pay to play.
very tight on most holes and some long hole and short. tends to be somewhat windy
Hole 11- Madison Meadows(One guy thought 450 ft shot through 20 trees was too easy of a 2 so he requested that it be made a 525 ft hole around a baseball field and roller is the only way to get a 2 unless your that guy from Discraft who can through the overhand 500+ ft.)
Hole 6- Central Park...
The mando rule work like this:
you play it ur good. you dont 1 stroke penalty. if u hit someone damage their propety, car, etc., not obeying the mando, they complain to park district, course can be closed.

Good Overall Course
Fun, challenging, especially the distance on some holes.
Some holes depending on skill can be unenjoyable. Example for me is hole 11
If you want a challenge play it as all par 3's. Holes 11 and 12 are a true test of power, skill, and creativity. Bad drives= tough and...
