Unfortunately Frito Lay is a private course typically only usable by employees of the Frito Lay location. I work right next to the park it faces my parking lot and I can't play it there without being escorted by someone who works there. I think thats why its not on DGCR's course search engine.

I also played the new trophy club this weekend and i'd echo the sentiments of the other posters its a great course and i'll be going back. I'd add keep an eye out for snakes though, I saw two that day. I'm pretty sure both were rat snakes nothing to be too worried about. Crossposting from...

I found a white gold line Trident at Trophy Club park (TX) saturday. It did not have a phone number but had a very specific symbol on the underside. If you are/know the owner please message me with the type of symbol on the underside and i'll do my best to get it back to you.

Consider me signed up for the texas teams thing. I live 5 minutes away and am always looking for an excuse to get out to Selah Ranch again. I know a few others who live in the general area who play as well if we need additional folks. The meetup sounds like a great idea.

Jeez, John must have not need sleep. But hey any reason to be out near Selah Ranch is a good enough reason to drive to Mt Pleasant. I look forward to both of these and any info would be great.

Lost a purple gold line Fury at #12 at townlake in mckinney, I knew it was a bad throw leaving my hand, then it hit a tree and went AWOL on the left hand side of the fairway. Searched around for a while until I ran into a snake then decided it wasn't worth searching anymore.

I lost a pink volt on #17 at Crossroads. The brush is thick out there and time was limited. Stupid summer at crossroads! This was probably the 7th time we had to stop and search (briefly) for a disc.

Sorry for the double post, I can't find the edit post button. John Houck just updated the Mccord park thread. He said current guestimation is August at this point, due to construction delays.

Awww... man. Yeah. It makes it easier to wait when its months away instead of weeks.

In the Mccord Park thread, John Houck stated they were going to open in the middle of this month (before the park itself does). Barring any complications. I walked the course a few weeks back and im wayyyy too excited for this park to open. I just moved a few minutes away so it'll be my home...

McCord Park in Little Elm, Texas

This was asked already in the DFW main thread, Does anyone know if there are any updates on the opening date for this course? I know last page John Houck said middle of this month. Waiting is hard, espically when you just got a house 5 minutes away.

I really like Bear Creek but I have to agree the standing water gets pretty nasty smell wise. The group of people I usually play with refer to #5 as the green sherbert pond because of the oh so appealing film of green algae or whatever that is right behind the basket. Not to mention that...

I'm moving to this general area in a weeks time. I'm super excited that this is probably going to be my home course. http://www.littleelm.org/DocumentCenter/Home/View/2433 This Aerial shot (assuming its the right piece of land) makes it look perfect for a new course.
