The layout flowed pretty good. Nice placements of baskets. No crowds. Large mature trees and shrubs. All set along a pretty river.
The worst part would be the natural tee boxes, I guess it isn't the end of the world but it is a problem when it's wet like it has been this year...

SIN THAT I CAN'T PLAY HERE MORE
DROVE 88 MILES JUST TO PLAY AT THIS COARSE. THE FRONT NINE WHERE GREAT (4.75) LITTLE HARD TO NAVIGATE. ONE NEEDS TO MEMORIZE MAP AT HOLE ONE. BACK NINE ARE(3.0) OK FEW TREES AND OK LENGTH.

At first look this coarse looked not worthy of playing. But it was surprisingly good. I brought my children (10,8,5) it was perfect for them. Easy layout, with landscaping obsticles here and there. Not much chance for lost disk.
