Been over a year since I dyed a disc. Couldn't take anymore of my Chiefs getting manhandled by the Texans so I decided to dye my lucid felon. Forgot to blow dry my mask and the red shaving cream bled a little. Oh well. Other than that I'm happy with the result.
Been a while since I posted something. Did this one for a friend as a gag. Just wanted to let him know what we think about him. The multi shading was a little tricky and it didn't come out perfect, but I'm still happy with the end result.
This made me chuckle. Nice job! I've always thought it was amazing how people can draw something straight from their head. My uncle is an incredible artist and as a kid I'd always ask him to draw things and he'd be able to do it in minutes just from his imagination. It always blew my mind...
Awesome as usual hurricane.I like how you got the rays I guess I would call them coming off of the letters.
I always like seeing the originality of your dyes twochain. I'm assuming you're hand designing your designs? Are you drawing them first?
I like that reniger. Did you use a vinyl stencil? I've always been afraid to use acetone on a stencil thinking it would eat through the adhesive and cause bleeds.
Nice job Reniger and Flesh. Did the mulisha dye bring you enough luck for that new course?
Here's a few more I finished. A fuse on a latitude fuse. An easy mario bomb on a hyzer bomb midrange. The last one isa bolt on a latitude bolt ...Probably the worst execution on a dye I've ever done. Used...
Great work everyone. Love the originality on all of those.
Here's my latest. My buddy loves having his dyes play off the name of the disc. Here's his latitude 64 vision that was an absolute nightmare to weed.
I bought a Titan from uscutter. My biggest issue with my plotter was getting it dialed in to make good accurate cuts. I have it setup pretty good now but after you do that learning the design software is the most important thing I think. I have a long way to go with that.
Nice job! I've had my plotter for a month or 2 now and I love it. A design that would take me a hour or two to cut out by hand is done in minutes on the plotter.
Hand cutting is a valuable tool to learn though.
Here's a few I've finished over the weekend. First one is this logo he wanted on his gator...apparently it is a wax for your surfboard. Made a rookie mistake and screwed up by pulling all the vinyl up on the r's on the bottom instead ofthe little piece in the center and didn't realize my mistake...
