    [Innova] What about the Max?

So I got to test the new James Proctor Metal Flake Max today and here are my thoughts:: MF Max of years past it is not. I purchased this disc hoping it would be insanely OS, and while it is still fast and quite OS, it’s not what I was hoping for. That being said… I LOVE THIS DISC. This disc...

[Innova] Wraith love - post your stories

My wraiths: PFN Star Newer run Echo Star PFN is my dead straight flyer with minimal fade slot. It started out fairly overstable but has stayed in its current stability for 2 years now. I’m confident every time I throw it. Echo Star has been the best flippy distance driver I’ve ever thrown...

    [Innova] DESTROYER destroyers unite!!

For me (380-400 avg, 430 max) they fly like a Destroyer should out of the box: overstable with great glide. Thrown into a headwind on hyzer it flipped to flat, touch of turn with a mild fade. Looking forward to seeing how it flies after the newness is gone.

The Inevitable 2022 Pros Switching Sponsors Thread

If Innova is shedding players it’s because it’s good business. I imagine they gleaned quite a bit from their tour series disc sales.

    [Discmania] DD3

You'll need to feel it for yourself to form your own opinion, but to me it felt like a stiffer Pro material with less grip. That sounds like Star, sure, but it's not quite there. Every other company, for the most part, tries to make their own version of star, but DM is in the unfortunate...

    [Discmania] DD3

Hard to describe now that I've been tasked with it. It's supposed to be a mix of their new s-line and c-line plastic and I'd say that feels pretty accurate, however, I don't think they've quite figured out the s-line material; hence the mix. Just my opinion.

    [Discmania] DD3

This exact disc was all my local store had in stock. I thought it was awful as well. Some might think the ghost stamp is cool because they are typically the rarest, but I have a hunch there will be more "rarities" than people would like to think.

    [Discmania] DD3

Went to my local shop to check out the CB3 and put it right back on the shelf. Not a fan of the plastic at all. Perhaps the loyal DM fans who buy them will throw them well, but I've grown to like what I like, and that ain't it.

    [Innova] DESTROYER destroyers unite!!

A local pro who works in our pro shop here in OKC told me they are vintage stock, not newly pressed. That being said, he doesn't work for Innova so who knows.

[Millennium] Omega: The Alpha and the

Yeah I got the same ones (Omega 4.2) and can confirm there is a definite difference between the glow and the standard soft. For me, glow when it's warm and soft in the cold. Very happy Millennium is putting out their own P2s because Infinite's Alpaca is no longer under the radar.

    [Innova] DESTROYER destroyers unite!!

Anyone else pick up a *DS that Innova dropped in the pro shop last week? Mine don't arrive until this Friday but I'm anxious to see how they feel/fly.

    [Discmania] Discmania FD3

I throw CG FD3s and they fly very similarly to 2020/21 Sextons, for me. Star Firebirds are a comparable flight as well. The disc certainly isn't a FAF Firebird, but I don't find them to be too far off of many of the runs of Firebirds out there.

They also have Standard Soft Omega 4s, which I snagged and feel just like my Soft P-Line P2s that I'm running low on. Perfect timing.

My new Standard Soft Omega 4s arrived yesterday and they feel just like my Soft P-Line P2s that are impossible to find now. Perfect for winter golf.

    [Innova] Animal

After a year with the Nexus Animal, here are my thoughts: Great straight upshot disc that won't glide out on you. I've had 2 aces with mine at a local pitch and putt course and have used it as a slight-headwind putter due to the low glide. The fade has completely left at this point and is now...

[Innova] Flat Top vs regular Firebird

First time I saw FAF as a descriptor I assumed it meant Flat as F***. I used this term when playing with a group of old school guys (term of endearment) and they quickly corrected me, explaining it meant Flat and Firm. I have no idea what came first, but I would lean towards the latter being...
