Pros:
The tee pads were the best I have played on.
Great signage on every hole, easy to follow course.
Nice big heavy benches that won't be easily taken.
Nice new parking lot, bridge to the course, and walking path around the refurbished park. Nice new top of the line baskets along with a practice basket next to the parking lot & greens bayou.

Cons:
Really the only con I can think of was there were no trash containers around the course. The only one I seen was by the playground area near the start of the course.
Other Thoughts:
Good mix of fade & turn shots, not just wide open like I expected for a course built on an old golf course. No shots over water but several along the waters edge that are really nice & scenic esp from #5 green. Props to the course designers that made a fun course with what they had to work with. I also liked the greens on numbers 16 & 17, nice pyramids, and I think six holes had an optional longer tee box.
