- At least 1 water shot but possibly 2 depending on the pin placement of 1 of the holes.

-Some could consider it too short

We were out on the grand opening weekend and had a great time. This brand new course is a great addition to the area. The scouts were very nice and guided us on the course. I could see where some might have difficulties in navigation if a guide were not present especially the transition from hole 4 to 5 which is down a path that starts in the woods on the fairway of hole 4.

The first 4 holes play through mature pines with limited chance of rough. After that there are a couple of wooded shots then back to a semi open area with mature pines. On the back 9 there is a short water shot but it should not be a problem for most. Then it is back to some wooded shots before ending at 18 which tees from the levee to the hole on a small hill.

We had a great time at this course and it is worth playing if in the area. I imagine it will be maintained on a regular basis as it is at the camp which is a huge plus.

Be sure to bring your own water as I do not recall seeing a place to get water on the course.

There is a $2 fee to play this course which is well worth it.

If someone is available be sure to pick up the course disc while there to support this course.

We will defiantly be back to play this one.
