This 9 basket course opened in March 2021. The City of Chester maintains this course and surrounding city park by keeping the course and the park clean and mowed. The park is scenic, with hills and woods. The course has concrete tee pads and attractive signs that display a map of where the basket is located in relation to the tee pad, the distance, and the par. There are plenty of parking near the tee pad for basket #1. Basket #9 is near to and visible to the parking lot for #1. There are no ponds, lakes, rivers, or creeks to create water hazards. The overall course has a good flow, where the tee pads for the next hole are located near or within visibility of the next tee/basket.

The terrain of this course is very hilly and heavily wooded. The dense woods and hills prevent the player from seeing the basket from the tee on several baskets. The hills and densely wooded terrain will likely increase the likelihood of lost discs. I recommend to play this course with several others in a party who can serve as spotters and to use discs of bright colors.

Because of the density of the trees on the majority of the baskets, and the hills, I recommend a putter disc on the majority of the shots. I made a visit to this course with one of my adult sons of 5-1-2021, and personally I was impressed with the activity on this course. Besides us, there was a party that consisted of a family that included players of the elementary school age, there was a group of what appeared to be several adult aged men in their 20s or early 30s, and there were single players. I was impressed with the amount of activity with this course.
