Pros:

• Long tight lines through mature tall trees and some low lines w/a short canopy forcing some hard shots. Multiple true par 4's making you play the par because the rough is rough but the fairway is there some needing a bit of mowing and work but it was great.
• Some open bomber holes but start in the trees get your birdies and pars when you can this is definitely not a beginners course
•Tee signs and next tee arrows or tape on basket showing direction, Real Tee Pads!! Distance marked and accurate with multiple pin positions it was longs when we played which made this a pretty epic course.
•Easy parking at community center which had restrooms and you cross back through on 13 but bring lots of water we took a long time but we also were walking holes before throwing which is pretty necessary if never played on long pins at least, and definitely spot if your throwing in a group who's never played course
•Good baskets
•Lots of signature holes with good use of water and danger with some awesome elevation change holes 3,4,6,7,15,18 I really liked.

Cons:

•pokey stubby thick rough in some spots
•some lines were super super tight needs a bit of work
•wasn't sure what mando was on 17
•pins need a big flag or pole on top of basket and you wouldn't have to walk so far on some of the holes to see basket

Other Thoughts:

I really enjoyed the course and thought it had a great mixture of shots and really made you play your own game, sometimes safe 'cuz the holes were so hard, and grab some discs you don't usually grab out the bag. It really was a Texas course with cacti and desert feel on some shots but then a bit of water and rocks with elevation on a lot of holes and tight low line canopy shots before you get to really open up your arm in the open windy holes. I would play this course again and all the time if I was a local and I hope they keep working on this and the other course on property this could be a real destination spot!!
