Pros:
This is a solid course that requires a technical approach through the massive trees to birdie the Par 3 holes. All shots were needed throughout the nine holes. The fairways are very well manicured, especially for such a young course. It seems like each hole had a forgiving landing-spot for RHBH golfers, which was appreciated. It allowed us to spend more time playing and less time searching through the forest. The log barricade on hole 3 and the elevated basket on hole 5 were fun human-built obstacles that fit in with the setting. There's a lot of parking. Hole 1 leaves from the lot and Hole 9 drops you off when you're done.
Cons:
Concrete tee pads and clear basket signage may be in the future. That will help.
Other Thoughts:
Great course to play on your way to or from the Olympic Mountains or Lake Cushman. I'm curious to see how the ball golfers of the Lake Cushman Community receive us disc flingers. Who knows, maybe we'll get a few converts?
