For an advanced right hand thrower that is backhand primarily, I would recommend throwing the biggest anhyzer you can muster for this 400+ foot, uphill shot. This hole plays like a par 4. Backhand rollers are also a great option, but you need to throw a sky roller to clear the early brush to make the grass line.
