Pros:

- Large tee pads
- Good Chainstar baskets
- Parking lot by Hole 1.

Cons:

- Rubber tee pads are slick
- Kind of a quirky design (some backtracking). There are no arrows, very difficult to find the next tees.
- As of today, still a lot of debris (sticks, etc.) on many fairways.

Other Thoughts:

Beginner-friendly course. Wide, forgiving fairways on most holes. Mostly flat topography.
