Pros:
To clarify the title, let me say this place is so beautiful that it took me like 4 holes to just stop looking around at the surroundings and remember the real reason I came here. The course is in great shape, well maintained, and use the slight elevation that it does have. There are scorecards on the first hole. (Yes, there were actually some there.) Hole #1 actually shoots out toward the lake, but you would have to really over throw it to get wet. There are just a few trees on the course and they get used once or twice. Navigation is easy and the posts marking the tees do have the hole number on them. The variety of hole lengths is fine for the area they used for the course. The grass tees actually have grass on them and the baskets were in fine shape. There is a bathroom just a short walk away and the parking area is small but suitable.
Cons:
The tee area is not always level and there is no real foul lines. Most of the holes here are wide open with little to no challenge to them.
