Fun, but too short course 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Harrisville, although a relatively easy course, can still get you on a wonky shot if you aren't careful and for that reason, I like it more than I should. Water hazards will always be a Pro in my book, as it makes any boring hole, a bit more intriguing!
- Hole 1 - Nice long putter or softer Mid Range shot downhill a bit. If you overthrow deep or to the right, water is in play.
- Hole 2 - only three holes allow a driver to be used, depending on skill level of course and this is the first one. Driver or long Mid range over a creek with a large tree in the fairway and other on the right. Lanes for both forehand and backhand.
- Hole 3 - Fun long putter or Mid Range on a basket that is set on the side of small hill, so even a close shot has the chance to roll further away.
- Hole 4 - Downhill Putter shot, with creek on the right and volleyball court on the left.
- Hole 5 - Worst hole I have ever played. It's just ridiculously short, nothing to make it unique..it sucks plain and simple. Now, if they removed that basket and the tee box for hole 6 and combined this hole, that would instantly upgrade it and make it a really fun/difficult shot.
- Hole 6 - Another really short putter shot, but at least it has nice features..Trees are in play, ther eis a picnic table on the left, the Basket is perched on top of a stump and there is deep water behind the hole.
- Hole 7 - 2nd hole that a driver can be brought out to play. you can either backhand and go over the parking lot or forehand on the left to get around the tress in the middle, but be careful, the lake is also on the left with possible people fishing.
- Hole 8 - Fun hole, another putter shot, or light Mid Range but this is right along the Lake, so if you pull it at all, it's in the drink.
- Hole 9 - Great finishing hole and can be thrown with a driver or long Mid Range. Really tough large tree right in the middle with a creek that crosses the flight path. Low ceiling shot is required for a backhand, You can also forehand as well. Easy hole to have a shot swatted by a tree branch.

Park is very nice as well and the shortness of the course makes this a really quick round.

Cons:

- Too short
- Really busy park.
- Hole 5 makes me salty every time I think about it
- The course map on this site is way out of date and the format is really different on some holes. (This has been fixed/updated by the site personnel on 7 July 2021)

Other Thoughts:

There is room to expand this course if they want. Would make this way more enjoyable. Great course to work on short game, with enough obstacles to keep you interested. Course is unplayable a lot during the nice months with how many people come to enjoy it for other reasons. Morning is best time that I have seen. If the lake and stream weren't here, this course wouldn't be worth anyone's time except for beginners getting into the sport.
