Pros:
****Additions and Upgrades have been made to the course.
-An open field course with a border on the left of a few holes with pine trees and heavy brush. Also a few elevated tee pads, upslope holes, hanging basket, and a few rollers. The course meanders on the back property of a community outreach center and was once a historic high school.
-No. 6 offers a unique elevated tee to a hanging basket on a soccer goal. The basket is oversized. I predict there will be more aces on the hole compared to your average 380-foot hole. The hole is fun!
****Tee signs have been added. Green and blue background with hole number, par, and distance.
-Tee pads are marked with vibrant orange paint can lid's that are easy to spot.
****Baskets upgraded to Discatcher.
-Wind offers spectacular disc air flights. Hole's 6 and 9 are downhill. Hole 5 uphill with an updraft.
-Navigation is clockwise. With tee signs added course will be easy to navigate.
-Fairways kept mowed.
-The course is just 2 ¼ miles off Hwy 13 and offers a quick stretch of the legs.
-Beginner and Recreational players will find the course very manageable with a few difficult holes. Intermediate and Advance will find a few challenging holes, and a few fun holes.

-Holes 3-4 border a heavily wooded tree line with thick sticker bushes. Lost disc potential is high. Rest of course not so much.
-Basket #4 maybe difficult to spot from tee in heavy trees. Only tee or basket placement where UDisc will be helpful to locate the basket.
-A few lackluster holes in 1-2, and 8. Open and short.
-There is a soccer field on the property. The goals are rusted, hard to tell if there being used. If used hole 4-6 may not be available. But with hole 6 basket hanging on a goal, makes me think the soccer field may not be in use?

Other Thoughts:
I've traveled thru and have made stops on the Eastern Shore at least a couple of dozen times and know the area well enough. If someone had told me there was course on the Eastern Shore with elevated tees, I would have said nope, you're messing with me. But there they were and that was the highlight of my round. The three-disc flights I love the most elevated throws, wind bumps, and skips were present on the course, and I was happy after starting off on a few ho hum holes. Holes 6 and 9 are a two-terrace downhill holes, that may be where the air bumps came from? ****Original Thought- The rusted brand name baskets that were rusted chains stuck like glue, very much like the ones at Ace's Run Ranch in Suffolk, Virginia. I have no complaints on those baskets. I have read where the local disc golf club is planning on upgrading the baskets, and the club is likely the same members who manage Indiantown about 30 miles down the road, and likely where the Murray basket on No. 9 came from. I would expect several upgrades over time. *****The local club has fulfilled, well done!!

With the elevated tee throws, skips, air bounces, hanging basket, new baskets and tee signs, and the challenge of the sticker bush holes my overall rating is anchored on a 4.0. The round took 30 minutes snapping pictures and a short time disc looking on 4.
Featured Holes:
No. 3 Par 3 at 194 feet is a dogleg left that starts out to the open and then bends around towards the tree line and sticker bushes at about 75- degree angle. The dogleg is about 80 feet out, the basket is bracketed by trees and bushes, not seen from the tee. If you go for it, there is lost disc potential.
No. 5 Par 3 at 195 feet is an open straight up hill hole, the basket sits as a roller. Behind the basket are more sticker bushes. With the elevation plays more like 220 feet. For the first time I threw an uphill air bump all the way up and past the basket into the stickers. Never anywhere else have I had uphill air bumps.
No. 9 Par 3 at 251 foot is a two-terrace downhill hole and open. The basket sits as a roller just a few feet below the terrace, and an ace run for anybody wanting to go for it. There is a tree about 50 feet to the left, as a lefty gave me a good reference point. The hole provided another beautiful air bounce and faded just below and past the basket.
Signature Hole:
No. 6 Par 3 at 380 feet is a two terrace down-hill open hole to a hanging basket on a soccer goal. From the tee and first terrace, the second is only 15 feet away, the second terrace is about 150 feet long and drops to the fairway that gently down slopes to the basket. On your left is an old building not in use that runs along the second terrace, to the right a tree, both provides good bracketing down fairway. It would seem it's the terraces that provides an air draft for the air bumps on the disc. My disc was moving fast down fairway and landed with a few skips. I had what I like best elevated tee, air bumps, and skips. The basket seems to be a little over sized, rusted, but the disc will stick! I had a makeable birdie putt on the border of C2. I think there will be some aces for those with the arm. I look forward to playing the hole when I'm no longer using a one-step.
Trouble Hole:
No. 4A/B Par 3 at 159 feet with two tees. 4A is a straight away gap of 3-6 feet with heavy brush and trees on each side with protruding branches. The basket is not in sight. The basket is about 40 feet to the right of fairway and sits between two heavy bushy trees with a 3- foot gap. To get the basket from the tee, you'll need to throw a high right over trees up to 25 feet tall and then straighten your disc into the narrow gap that protects the basket. I would like to see it. When I first saw the fairway, I really wasn't wanting to risk a lost disc and scratches. I walked to the right to find the basket and located the 4B tee a straight away tee throw into the basket with the same gap. The heavy trees and brush on your left, open to the right. The hole would have a high disc lost potential. I threw from 4B and landed to the left front of the basket in the heavy brush and took a few minutes to find my disc only a foot and a half into the brush. From 15 feet away cannot see the basket and two putted.
