Unmaintained, no maps, and got lost after hole 3. Skip this one unless you know it gets maintained. 2+ years drive by

Pros:
There's a bar and a pool here that seem to be maintained.
Cons:
Cheat Grass everywhere. No carts are available. Barely any tee pads are visible. Extremely difficult to find your way around. Barely any markers to the next tee pad. Paid $10 and was handed a 9-hole ball golf course map which was useful for one hole, maybe two.
Other Thoughts:
Even the neighbors are upset with the upkeep here. This place is going downhill until there is a tournament held. The locals need to organize work parties to save this course because the neighbors are only doing so so that it's not a fire hazard to their homes. Ruined a pair of socks and I'll be picking the cheat grass out of my bag and Keen's for hours.
