Pros:
Long holes for non-professional players that make for good rips
Every hole presents somewhat of a unique challenge
Some great views of the city along the path
Cons:
There is way too much foot traffic around the course. There is a walking and running trail that runs around the course and makes playing here very dangerous, especially with longer holes. Many of the people walking by are hostile
The signage warning people this is a disc golf course is not prominent enough
Wind can be brutal
I don't like the fact that hole 1 is the most difficult
Tons of gophers on the course
People picnic and lay down in the middle of the fairway. It's extremely frustrating, especially since there is so much other beautiful property within the park
Other Thoughts:
I am not proud to call this my home course. There are plenty of better courses to play in LA, but they are all much longer drives for people who live on the west side. I often choose to do field work instead of playing here.
