Simple town park 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Open and well maintained park. All baskets are in visible locations. concrete tees are in good shape.

Cons:

Closely grouped baskets in this open course are confusing to first time players. Short holes include fairways and baskets near peoples backyards and a playground area.

"Putter distance" for all holes (shorter then 150ft per hole)
