Pros:
Very neatly kept grounds, mowed lawn, minimal crowds, lots of wildlife, good vibes, six packs available. Holes laid out for a variety of play and improvised flight paths. Easy to follow, arrows pointing to next baskets, teeing from the basket in most cases. #11 is the longest hole. This is a charming homemade course.
Cons:
The course is a little short but can be played multiple times in a reasonable amount of time. The wind can be strong and constant (#11 especially). Wear tennis shoes cause there are some thorns and you flip flops might not do it.
Other Thoughts:
Good for a novice or first timers. Anyone with an arm can play the whole course with a putter and score well. Beginners should be able to score birds easily on a couple of the holes which is always fun for anyone. It's definately way more fun than doing nothing.
