There has been an incredible amount of work done here and the course is a great play. The whole course is full of elevation change and tricky shots. There are only a few shots on the course that one could call open. Everything is in the thick of the woods. There's a league that meets on Wednesday night at 5 and a good group of people who come.

Hole 8 sucks the biggest fart ever. It's a terrible hole position and should be reworked. You have to throw probably 140 down in elevation through what could never be described as a Fairway to a bad pin position at the extreme bottom of the hill only to have to climb up probably 200 plus feet of elevation to get to hole 9.
The use of OB is a little overboard. They seem to have gotten a little carried away with thinking everything needed to be roped off.

Great course, however it's INCREDIBLY physicaly difficult!!! Absolutely would not recommend for old aged players because of extreme elevation changes, and incredibly steep hillsides. Many tees have signs that say play at your own risk and it's very serious. Super freaking easy to get VERY hurt or injured here.

Cool course! Most wooded tees have both a backhand and forehand line. Great risk/reward. Good use of terrain and elevation changes. Open fairways are more difficult than they appear! The OBs being added in spring will add extra challenge as well. Definitely my new home course
